Shopping Procedure

  • Thank you very much for your order. You will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email by the system automatically once you confirmed and completed the payment process.
  • We will send a 'Shipping Confirmation' email to you after we have dispatched your order within 2 business days upon receipt of payment.

Payment Methods

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (US$) as the base currency.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • All transactions are securely processed via Shopify Payments.

Delivery Methods

  • All orders placed on Loveramics USshop are shipped by UPS as the default service provider. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Please go to the below websites to track your orders via tracking numbers.

  • Currently, only the Egg Collection Set of One and the Champion Signature Coffee Dosing Tray are available on the Loveramics USshop. For a full range of Loveramics products, please visit our International Website at www.loveramics.com to place your order.
  • In the rare circumstance that your item is missing from your order, please follow the directions or contact customer service at usshop@loveramics.com.

Return & Exchange

  • If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how it was presented on LOVERAMICS USshop, you have the right to make a claim within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • We are proud to say that our breakage rate over the past is outstanding at below 1%. We recommend you check for breakage and issues immediately upon receipt of goods and provide photos to our representative at usshop@loveramics.com. Our Customer Service will contact you to arrange a replacement for the damaged item or a refund.
  • If the items in your package do not match your order, please detail the nature of the problem and send us photos or videos of the product received. We will replace a new one for you with a reasonable shipping option upon receiving the returned item, or issue a refund if the product is out of stock. If the purchase has been made with a promotional code (if any), we will refund the amount in proportion to the total spent after the discount.
  • For defective items, please describe the issue and send us photos of the product received. Our Customer Service will contact you to understand the nature of the problem and to offer a solution.
  • If you would like to return the products for no specific reason, please notify us within 7 days. The products must not be used, and the original tags must be attached. Please send them back to our USA Warehouse in Los Angeles with the original packaging, label, and a copy of the invoice, in the same or similar carton, at your own expense. To track the return, please send us a tracking number after dispatch. Once we receive your package at our hub, we will check the product condition and will be happy to replace it with something of the same value, or issue refunds within 14 days at your request.

Sales Tax Charges

  • To ensure a transparent and compliant checkout experience, we collect all applicable state and local sales taxes upon checkout, in accordance with U.S. tax laws. These taxes are automatically calculated by Shopify’s built-in tax calculator based on the shipping address and relevant regulations.
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, and delivered within the United States. No import duties or VAT apply to domestic shipments. Please note that additional charges may be imposed by local carriers or third-party service providers prior to delivery. These may include remote area surcharges, accessorial fees, document handling charges, or redelivery fees. Such costs are not covered by Loveramics and are the customer’s responsibility, if incurred.
  • For any tax-related concerns, we recommend contacting your local tax authority or shipping service provider.

Shipping Charges

  • We ship to most states across the USA. Shipping charges are calculated by the system automatically.

  • All orders placed on the Loveramics USshop are fulfilled from the USA Warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Please note that delivery times and shipping terms may vary depending on your location.
  • We use UPS as our default shipping service provider for all orders placed on the Loveramics USshop, with shipments sent via UPS Ground.
